Account deletion

Delete your RedoInk account

You can request deletion from inside the RedoInk app or with this form. We review deletion requests manually and normally complete eligible requests within 30 days.

Before you submit

Use the email address tied to your RedoInk account or checkout.
Deleting your account removes your profile, credits and saved designs where legally allowed.
Purchase, billing, fraud-prevention, tax, legal and dispute records may be kept when required.
Apple or Google in-app subscriptions must be cancelled separately in your device's store settings.
